Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and to a few EU countries. For UK orders under £50, buyers are responsible for paying for the delivery fee. UK orders of £50 and above get free shipping.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail services (Options are available at checkout).

Tracking numbers are sent out to the email address provided after your order has been shipped.

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We always aim to get your orders delivered to you as fast as possible.

UK customers, please allow 3–5 business working days for your order(s) to arrive. International customers, please allow 7-10 business working days for your order to arrive.

*All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit*

Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on any products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is a problem with your product when it arrives, please contact us immediately at support@shopcurlsandcocoa.com within 24 hours of your delivery with pictures. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if necessary. However, it is not guaranteed in every situation. In a situation where a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders once they have been placed. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout, as we will not be responsible for shipping products to incorrect addresses provided at checkout, and we will not refund orders in such cases.

We will not be able to refund orders that have been returned to sender in a situation where the buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address; however, we may be able to resend them if the buyer pays the postage cost.
